1. Services
All Pro Lawn Service provides lawn care, landscape maintenance, irrigation, and related services in Boise, Nampa, and the surrounding Treasure Valley area of Idaho. The scope, schedule, and pricing of any service are as described in the estimate or service agreement provided to you. We reserve the right to decline or discontinue service at our discretion.
2. Estimates & Pricing
Estimates are based on the information you provide and a review of your property. Estimates are free and non-binding, and are subject to actual property conditions, service requirements, and seasonal factors. Final pricing may be adjusted if actual conditions differ materially from what was described. All estimates are valid for the period stated on the estimate.
3. Scheduling & Access
Recurring services (such as weekly mowing) are performed on a regular schedule, weather permitting. You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the property, including access through gates and around pets, at the time of service.
4. SMS / Text Messaging Consent
By providing your phone number through our website forms, you consent to receive text messages from All Pro Lawn Service or our authorized messaging partners. These messages may include appointment reminders, service updates, and promotional offers. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any text message, or reply HELP for assistance. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any service.
5. Payment
Payment terms are as stated on your estimate or invoice. Past-due balances may result in suspension of service. You are responsible for any fees incurred in the collection of unpaid balances.
6. Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied with a service, notify us promptly and we will make it right in accordance with the guarantee terms for that service.
7. Cancellation
You may cancel recurring services by providing notice as described in your service agreement. Charges for services already performed remain due.
8. Weather & Conditions
Service schedules may be adjusted due to weather, seasonal conditions, or circumstances beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to reschedule affected services.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, All Pro Lawn Service is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services or your use of this website. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the service giving rise to the claim.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of Ada County, Idaho.
